Job Summary
- We are seeking a driven and experienced Director, Technology Services to lead our team in the successful execution of new onboarding. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the implementation process, from client onboarding to project completion. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth transitions for new clients and expansion of existing clients, while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for your team.
Essential Functions And Tasks
- Project Management:
- Obtain and document requirements for new projects.
- Translate requirements into actionable tasks for the Data Engineering Team.
- Assign tasks to staff, prioritize workloads, and ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address roadblocks, and report on project status.
- Collaborate with Senior Integrations Leader to guarantee project success.
- Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate with clients/sites to align on billing data requirements and delivery methods.
- Meet with clients during the intake process and throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as a technical account manager, fostering strong client relationships and facilitating technical process improvements.
- Provide support to Operations and clients on routine data-related issues.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Administer and manage staffing, conduct performance evaluations, and handle HR functions.
- Coach and support team members on project completion and skill development.
- Onboard, train, and mentor new team members, ensuring they are proficient with the toolset and environment.
- Guide and provide documentation to assist with legacy process transitions.
- Technical Expertise:
- Review work product, conduct quality assurance checks, and identify areas for improvement.
- Set up and maintain SFTP accounts for secure data transfers.
- Analyze and troubleshoot data-related processing exceptions, ensuring data accuracy.
- Review and analyze facility billing data, coordinate resolution of billing discrepancies.
- Stage and prepare new practice support data for loading into the Imagine platform.
- Map initial data for new clients/sites (accidents, relationships, patient types, etc.).
- Process Improvement & Innovation:
- Design and build frameworks for utilizing new technologies.
- Train Operations staff to access information independently (e.g., data research).
- Design and develop new processes using the latest toolset.
- Collaborate with teams to implement tools for tracking workflow status.
- Lead efforts to transition from paper-based processes to electronic data flows.
- Work with clients and Operations to implement or improve electronic reconciliation processes.
Education And Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in technology implementation and project management.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare domain.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and manipulation tools.
- Experience with data integration and migration processes is a plus.
- Experience working in a healthcare or similar environment is a plus.
