DIRECTOR for TALENT ACQUISITION
As the Director for Talent Acquisition, you will lead the development and implementation of our recruitment strategies, driving the full-cycle hiring process to attract, assess, and onboard top talent. Your expertise will help build a dynamic workforce, ensuring we meet our organizational growth goals while enhancing overall candidate experience and fostering long-term success
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies. Lead the design and execution of talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's high-volume hiring demands. Work closely with department heads to ensure recruitment efforts align with business goals.
- Leadership and Team Management.Manage and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team, offering guidance, support, and training. Champion a diverse and inclusive team environment, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates.
- Technology and Innovation.Use cutting-edge technology and innovative tools to optimize the recruitment process for efficiency and scalability. Stay current with industry trends and new technologies to enhance recruitment practices.
- Employer Branding.Strengthen the company's employer brand to attract diverse candidates. Build strong relationships with educational institutions, industry groups, and networks to boost employer visibility.
- Metrics and Reporting.Establish and track key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement. Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly. Foster strong communication and collaboration between the talent acquisition team and other departments.
- Candidate Experience. Ensure a positive and inclusive experience for all candidates, from application to onboarding. Implement feedback systems to continuously improve the candidate journey.
- Continuous Learning and Development.Encourage continuous professional growth within the talent acquisition team, ensuring they stay up-to-date with industry best practices and developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification in Human Resources Management is a PLUS.
- Minimum of six (6) years of related experience, with at least two (2) years in a Director capacity.
- Proven track record as a Talent Acquisition Director or in a senior leadership role in high-volume recruitment within the Philippines.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with local labor laws and promote diversity and inclusion.
- Experience ensuring compliance with local laws related to labor, employment, and discrimination.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant tools to optimize the hiring process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule.
- Amenable to work onsite (Cebu)
