Scope of Position

This role requires a high level of integrity, accommodation, professionalism, ethics. Ability to build relationships in a global environment. This role is responsible for the HR function in our APAC and PH market, with a close partnership to the US market working together as one department providing organizational leadership in support of the HR business model. Collaborates with other HR professionals on a regular basis to develop, review, and implement HR solutions. This role will oversee all aspects of the HR function for APAC and Philippine market playing a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the organizations objectives and foster a positive work culture. This role is also responsible for oversite of APAC and PH payroll function in partnership with the US resource.

Essential Job Duties

Administer or oversee the Human Resources function for APAC and PH markets.
Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning resources and compensation; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
Participates in the creation, revision, and communication of policy changes and ensures proper compliance.
Managing HR analytics for respective markets.
Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting risks and concerns, evaluating milestones and change management.
Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures compliance.
Oversees, analyzes and maintains compensation and performance management plans including job descriptions, salary surveys, and annual performance evaluations for respective market.
Evaluates and recommend training and staff development programs.
Maintains government compliance reports.
Maintains and prepares quarterly HR Metrics such as new hire, turnover and others as needed.
Administers FMLA, unemployment and other paid /unpaid leave plans
Manage HR vendors for respective markets.
Maintains company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for accurate data.
Mange HR programs such as Performance Management, Succession Planning and Culture.
Assists in the development and management of the Human Resource's budget.
Supervises, evaluates and develops Human Resources Department staff.
Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.
Oversite and ability to process payroll function for APAC and PH, with a dotted line to US resource.
Oversite and ownership of benefits for respective markets.

Education & Qualification Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
Proven experience (8 years) in HR management roles, with a comprehensive understanding of all facets of HR.
Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing HR teams.
Thorough knowledge of APAC and PH employment laws, regulations, and best practices, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive business results.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality HR services and programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
Skilled in leveraging HRIS and other related technology.
Must be willing to work onsite, night hours to align with US HR team and business operations.
Well organized, capable of juggling multiple projects and accustomed to tight deadlines.
