Job Summary
The Director of Sales will lead our sales strategy, drive outbound outreach, and scale our sales team to support our rapid growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and manage high-performing sales teams and develop outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email marketing, and other channels.
Key Responsibilities
- - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- - Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
- - Manage outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email marketing, and other platforms
- - Navigate the RFP/RFI/RFQ marketplace and prepare compelling proposals
- - Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure alignment between sales efforts and brand messaging
- - Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results
Requirements
Qualifications
- - Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within startup environments
- - Strong track record of managing and scaling sales teams
- - Expertise in outbound sales techniques, including LinkedIn and email marketing
- - Familiarity with the RFP/RFI/RFQ process
- - Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to differentiate our brand
