Will manage 3 groups of sales managers with their 3 property specialists (real estate).
- Plans and systematized goals.
Manage and exceed or reach the set business targets assigned within certain territories in real estate sales.Develop, execute and oversee strategies and plans to achieve the set targets in real estate.
Work to improve the customer base for clients in real estate.
- Build and maintain good and lasting relationships with clients (those who will invite to invest in real estate condominiums or house and lots).
Create and maintain accurate records and sales reports.
Requirements:
Knows the feasible marketable place in real estate.
Knowledge of the trends in real estate sales.
College graduate.
With great track record in real estate sales industry.
With at least 3-5 years experience handling a sales team in real estate.
Can effectively handle and manage a team in real estate.
Good command in English.-Preferably licensed real estate broker.-Able to recruit 3 sales managers with 3 PCs each (real estate sales industry) to be on boarded.
