Job Description

Director of Revenue SOFRA (Philippines)

SOFRA is a family office present in the fields of real estate, hospitality, as well as culture and tourism.

Its real estate branch is made up of small and medium-sized premises, totaling more than 31,000 m of rental area, dealt to professionals.

Its subsidiary, the company Klber Rossillon, makes the SOFRA group the second French private player in the management of historical and cultural sites. To date, the company manages 12 exceptional sites such as the Chteau de Castelnaud or the Muse de Montmartre, which represent 2.5 M visits per year.

Its hotel activity includes 21 hotels classified 2, 3 and 4 stars as well as 3 restaurants, which the Group manages directly.

In order to complete its hotel-restaurant team, we are looking for a Director of Revenue on a permanent contract remotely from the Philippines with work schedule from 9:00am-6:00pm Philippine Standard Time, Monday to Friday.

You are passionate about the hospitality industry, having a vast experience on revenue management strategy, and measuring and analyzing effectiveness, and cluster handling role.

Your main missions:

To guide our different managers and their teams in the daily optimization of the global revenue of each hotel and/or restaurant by acting on:

  • The occupancy of the hotels
  • The average net price of the different market segments
  • The management of distribution channels
  • Monitor the actions implemented by our managers and their teams to ensure that they are perfectly in line with the group's strategy.

On a daily basis, you will have to do:

Pricing & Yield Strategy Management

  • Ensure the proper implementation and use of the daily management tools used by the hotels to manage their prices
  • Ensure rate consistency in detail (check the consistency of opening/closing rate plans with the objective of optimizing and maximizing revenue)
  • Monitor competitive pricing practices
  • Assume the role of alert and propose corrective actions or areas of optimization
  • Make regular pricing recommendations to our establishments

Budgets & Forecasts

  • Contribute to the realization of annual revenue budgets per day per segment in collaboration with our various Directors and our two hotel operations managers
  • Ensure a precise and regular follow-up of the hotels portfolios and participate in the definition of the forecasts

Profile:

  • You have a bachelor's degree and vast experience in Revenue Management
  • You have a good background sales channels and revenue pricing
  • You are keen on revenue marketing strategies and opportunities
  • You have a good knowledge of the main computer tools. Ideally, Excel is no secret to you.
  • Rigorous, respectful of deadlines, autonomous.
  • Fluent English is necessary.
  • Notion in French is a plus.
