Director of Operations

POSITION SUMMARY

Director is responsible for management of the Regional Centers for Patient Service. Responsibilities include; management of the Clinical Auth, Admision Review, QA, Scheduling and Financial Clearance operations in the GBC, Philippines. Also management of the centralized Patient Communications and Engagement service lines, as assigned. Partnering with key business units within Patient Access/Hospital Services and single point of contact for clients services / RCS.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day operations, including meeting clients SLAs, site specific quality and production metrics.
• Bi-Directional Communication between PSC operations and Client Services (RCS/ASD) / Facility
• Management of BPO/FCO process and SLAs
• Partnering in process and innovation with Patient Access Integration and Centralization
• 5 Controls operational expenses within expected budget, manages to yearly EBIT goals
• Coordinates Policies and Procedures along with key stakeholders
