Job Summary
The Director of Marketing will lead our marketing efforts to amplify our brand and generate leads. This role requires a marketing leader with deep expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and storytelling that cuts through the noise.
Key Responsibilities
- - Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to elevate the SuperStaff brand
- - Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing initiatives
- - Create compelling brand stories that differentiate SuperStaff in a crowded market
- - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure cohesive outreach strategies
- - Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI on campaigns and initiatives
- - Track and report on key marketing metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
Requirements
Qualifications
- - Extensive experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in startup environments
- - Strong background in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media
- - Proven ability to tell a brand story that resonates with target audiences
- - Experience working with RFP/RFI/RFQ processes is a plus
- - A creative and strategic mindset, ready to innovate in a fast-paced environment
