DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- For deployment to affiliated company of IM Hotel group.
- Develops and implements strategies to achieve Employee Satisfaction Index goals.
- Determines, communicates, and monitors achievement of standards of performance on a timely basis.
- Analyzes training needs and schedules training based on the performance evaluation of the department heads.
- Represents management in fostering beneficial communication with relevant external bodies.
- Ensure 100% compliance to Philippine Labor standards on Workplace policies.
