Position Title: Director of Finance

The Director of Finance for the Manila Center will lead a diverse team responsible for a range of financial operations and support services across 74 offices in 45 countries. Key areas include Billing and Collections, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Month-end Closing, and Procure-to-Pay processes. Operating within a complex and dynamic business environment, the Director will oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of the center's teams, working closely with functional service owners and global process owners. The Manila Center team consists of approximately 330 members managed by eight managers, with Billing and Collections making up a significant portion of the team.
- Oversee the operational performance and service quality of finance teams in the Manila Center, using performance metrics aligned with global leaders.
- Work collaboratively with Finance Service Owners, Global Process Owners, Regional CFOs, and Process & Quality teams to support strategic and tactical goals.
- Ensure consistent service processes and efficiency across all Centers by working with other Finance Directors.
- Build strong relationships within the organization to foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Promote a unified team culture within the Manila Center and contribute to the overall culture of the Center.
- Guide the Manila Center in achieving financial targets through collaboration with senior team members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Explore and implement new methods and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement to drive incremental enhancements across all areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or related field. CPA preferred; other finance certifications (e.g., CMA, CIA) and a Master's degree in Business Administration are advantageous.
- Extensive experience as a Finance Executive managing large teams in a global business environment.
- Proven leadership ability with a track record of navigating complex business situations and working with diverse teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills that support collaboration and advocate for inclusion and diversity.
- Expertise in service operations, internal controls, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong financial management skills with the ability to assess risks and make informed decisions.
