About the role
Leadership
- As a member of the leadership team, the Finance Director works with the CEO and head of departments to set the company vision, roadmap, and growth plans.
- The Finance Director is accountable for monitoring Elite Havens overall P&L and shared KPIs.
- Manages and leads all activities of all Finance and Accounting staff across the region and all financial entities for Elite Havens Group
- Provides leadership and coaches for the Finance team across all Elite Havens Groups offices.
- Lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and talent development.
Strategy
- Provide the CEO and executives with meaningful insights and advice to assist decision making, enabling the achievement of key strategic objectives.
- Leads the development of strategy roadmap and growth ambitions.
- Lead acquisition and integration projects
- Provide commercial support and data analytics to business to enable better decision making.
Finance operations
- Accountable for all financial planning and reporting cycles across the year with input from the CEO and the leadership team.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual comparisons of actual results to budget and forecasts on the agreed timetable.
- Prepare monthly cashflow statements and ensure proper cash management.
- Oversee the implementation and management and operations of accounting teams across the region.
- Owns the relationship with third party suppliers; payment gateways, banks, and finance specific vendors.
- Supports Upgrade systems, procedures, governance & controls.
- Ensures Finance and Accounting compliance with regulatory bodies in all jurisdictions.
- Work with the IT director to establish a data and analytics function to foster fact-based decision making.
- Manages the relationship with Dusit group finance team.
Manila Office Administration
- Oversee general administration management of the Manila office.
- Handle all Philippines government and legal interactions.
- Oversee all contracts pertinent to Philippines operations.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company and its various affiliates.
- These responsibilities will be modified and expanded overtime in discussions with the CEO.
About you
- Proven people leader with a track record of achievement at Director/CFO level.
- Must be CA or CPA qualified, CMA highly desirable.
- Experience leading a finance function within a diverse team across multiple locations.
- Experience in leading change projects and business transformation.
- Proven communication, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking.
- Strategic planning and modelling capability and experience.
- M&A experience desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
