5. Accreditation Process:
a. Utilize the standards for accrediting caterers and booth contractors.
b. Review and assess applications for accreditation, ensuring compliance with established standards.
c. Maintain accurate records of accredited suppliers.
6. Compliance Monitoring:
a. Regularly review supplier activities to ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation standards.
b. Conduct periodic audits and inspections to verify adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements.
c. Take corrective actions in cases of non-compliance.
7. Continuous Improvement:
a. Implement a continuous improvement process for banquet and event services based on feedback and industry best practices.
b. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into service offerings.
8. Feedback Analysis:
a. Analyze feedback collected from clients and attendees to identify trends and areas for improvement.
b. Generate reports summarizing feedback and present recommendations for enhancements.
9. Implementation of Booking System Standards (EBMS):
a. Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of the Event Booking Management System (EBMS) with other relevant systems.
b. Verify that the booking system is synchronized with accounting, CRM, and other systems for accurate data exchange.
c. Develop a comprehensive training program or materials for all staff involved in using the EBMS.
d. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure that all users are proficient in utilizing the system effectively.
e. Involved with the Core team in establishing clear and detailed Standard Operating Procedures for using the EBMS.
f. Implement protocols for maintaining accurate and up-to-date data within the EBMS.
g. Conduct periodic audits to verify the integrity of the data stored in the system.
h. Implement improvements to streamline the booking workflow and enhance efficiency.
i. Ensure that the use of the EBMS aligns with industry standards and best practices.
j. Stay updated on any changes in standards and regulations related to event management systems.
k. Maintain thorough documentation of the EBMS configuration, customization, and integration details.
l. Create user manuals and guides to assist staff in navigating and using the system effectively.
m. Monitor the performance of the EBMS to identify and address any issues related to speed, responsiveness, or system errors.
n. Collaborate with the EBMS Team to optimize system performance.
