Director of Accounting Operations

The Accounting Director (CPA) typically works in an office environment and may occasionally need to travel for meetings or audits. Extended hours may be required during peak reporting periods, such as month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is required.

- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- In-depth knowledge of GAAP or IFRS and financial reporting requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
