Director of Account Management

About the role

Join the dynamic team at Virtual Staffing Solutions OPC as an Account Management Director. In this full-time position based in Tacloban City Leyte, you will play a key role in managing and strengthening our client relationships within the Sales and Account & Relationship Management industry.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute account management strategies to drive client satisfaction and retention
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns in a timely manner
• Analyse account performance data and provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team
• Lead and mentor a team of account managers, fostering their professional development

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in an account management or customer success role, preferably within the Sales and Account & Relationship Management industry
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both clients and internal stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in leading and motivating a team of account managers
