Your new responsibilities
Lead the HR function with accountability for all HR affairs in the country, aligning with global HR strategy and processes, taking local requirements into consideration
Drive the development of local policies, structures, guidelines and ways of working, identify critical areas and intervene with improvement initiatives
Manage daily HR operations and regular processes, such as payroll, rewards or performance management, employee relations, manage internal and external statutory or customer audits, strengthen employee engagement and employer brand, build talent pipeline to support the business, manage people development activities
Further strengthen strategic partnership with the business, coach and counsel individuals at all organizational levels as trusted advisor
Design and champion change initiatives, e.g. related to competencies and capabilities, productivity, cost, audits, customer centricity or re-structuring, amongst other areas.
What we look for
Minimum Bachelor's, ideally Master`s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
Seasoned HR professional with broad HR experience, incl. business partnering and managing projects, with 8+ years in a HR leadership position
Experience in electronics / semiconductor industry is a strong advantage
Proven track record resolving both operational and strategic issues through a pragmatic and commercially sound approach, building strong working relationships inside and outside of the organization
Ability to make sound decisions, even in complex situations, and implement them consistently
Ability to successfully work in a multi-cultural environment and matrix structures.
