Job Description :
- Min 3 years in a Director, Sr Manager Capacity leading Workforce Team of more or less 60 employees, different locations/regions.
Reporting To:
Head in the US
8 years in Workforce Planning and Forecasting
- 8 years in Managerial roles within Workforce
Important : 3 years of Global or Regional experience, preferably in the US or Canada- Supervision of teams outside the country, preferably in the US or Canada
Managed workforce groups with a minimum of 60-70 FTEs
Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Manager (Director title is not necessary)
Proficiency in AWS, JIRA (Advantage)
BPO Industry,
