The Dining Supervisor for Dean & Deluca is responsible for the management of the store's operational performance by ensuring that the standard policies, processes, and procedures are delivered for outstanding guest service and business profitability._
Tasks and Responsibilities_
- Supervise quality of food and service at all times.
Supervise the line-up of store staffs to ensure proper operational flow in the kitchen and dining stations.- Coordinate all stations and make sure of a smooth workflow.
Ensure new staff members are properly oriented.
- Supervise employee performance. Provide necessary reports and recommendations regarding training, motivation, promotion, or discipline to the management.
Monitor stock levels and inventory of all restaurant items.- Ensure sales and cash are properly handled and remitted to the management.
Demonstrate care to the customers by ensuring that they have great possible dining experience.
- Handle escalated guest complaints.
Ensure that the restaurant complies with local and national legal requirements and permits.- Be able to help analyze, plan, and recommend to the upper management regarding restaurant's performance, sales, and profitability.

- Graduate of Bachelor's degree from related fields in food, business, management, and the like.
At least two (2) years experience in the same capacity.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills.
Willing to work during weekends and holidays.
