DINING STAFF(Parilla La Cabrera)
Join our team as a Dining Staff and be responsible for ensuring that tables are clean and tidy upon guest arrival, presenting menus, and providing outstanding service. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare restaurant tables with a focus on sanitation and order
- Greet and attend to customers upon entrance
- Present restaurant menus and assist customers in selecting food and beverages
- Take and serve orders promptly
- Provide recommendations for complementary products
- Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers, as well as kitchen and bar staff
- Address complaints and issues with a positive attitude
- Manage bill issuance and payment
