Requirements:
College level With at least one (1) year restaurant experience
Willing to be assigned in MakatiResponsibilities:
- Assist guests with food requests - Order taking and reconfirming of order with the guest
- Ensure the food and drinks are up to standard and arrive at the table in a quick, timely manner
- Make sure the guest's order is complete (food and drinks)
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area
- Resolving any guest complaint to the best of their abilities
