JOB DESCRIPTION:- Provide excellent customer services
Greet customers and present menus- Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen through the Cashier
Make menu recommendations and inform customers of any specials
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the guests.
Ensure the food and beverage orders are made correctly by the kitchen staff.- Check that customers are satisfied with their meal.
Upsell when appropriate.
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
Keep tables clean and tidy at all times- Adhere to all relevant health and safety rules and regulations and all customer service guidelines
Perform shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre- bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris and more
With minimum 1 year experience as a Waiter or Dining Staff
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Team player- Active listening and attentive
Comfortable bending, reaching, stooping, and moving quickly
- Working knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
Knowledge and demonstrated practice of maintaining a clean and sanitary work station- Able to safely lift and/or move, using designated safety equipment, objects weighing up to 50lbs
Ability to remain productive in a high pressure environment
