Job Summary- Provides UTMOST customer service by satisfying guests needs following the Company's standard dining system accordingly
Writes down orders clearly and systematically to ensure that foods will come out from the kitchen in correct sequence- Proactively suggest food items to the customer
Coordinates with the Kitchen dispatcher to ensure quality and consistency in the food presentation and to see if foods have been properly called out
- Will also be trained to be a barista and/or cashier in the long run
Job Type / Category- Candidate must be willing to work on full-time basis
Must be willing to work on shifting hours, holidays and weekends- Must be able to stand for long hours
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's / College of any field
Must be able to at least understand, write, and/or confidently speak basic English- Must be professional, a team player, and have a pleasing personality
Must be WILLING to be trained and assigned to different branches as needed
- Must have the desire to constantly improve one's self
Previous customer service experience is a plus- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
