Nabe Japanese Izakaya and Hotpot - Banawe.Dining staff members are responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
Greet and seat guests.- Take food and drink orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area.
Assist with customer inquiries and special requests.- Collaborate with kitchen and dining managers to meet guest needs.
Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations.
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and menu items.
