The Dining Staff for Wangfu attends to all customer-related needs so they can have convenient, comfortable, and efficient dining experience in the restaurant._
Tasks and Responsibilities_
- Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant.
Lead customers to appropriate table/s.- Hand out menu and take the guest's orders.
Prepare and set up the tables.
Handle all kinds of payment transactions in cash, card, gift cheques, discount cards, etc.- Clear out plates, glasses, utensils and clean the tables.
Be ready to answer all customer's questions.
- Attend properly to all guest's complaints and refer escalated complaints to the Team Leaders or Restaurant Managers.
Attend to phone and virtual orders and inquiries.- Attend to the beverage bar and prepare drinks.
Clean their assigned stations from time to time.

Requirements_
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant Services, Food and Beverage, or equivalent.
Experience in the same position is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.- Can work long hours as needed, on weekends, and holidays.
Good communication skills both in English and Tagalog.
- Willing to be assigned to different branches as needed.
Able to start immediately.
