Digital Product Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Product Specialist with background in e-commerce and change management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation of our digital products and solutions, ensuring seamless transitions and positive outcomes.

• Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand digital solution/s.

• Lead change management initiatives, including assessing change readiness, identifying key stakeholders, and developing and implementing change management plans.

Provide training and support to users, helping them navigate and fully utilize our products and solutions effectively.

• Create digital product posters and distribute training materials in digital and e-commerce platforms.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of the latest enhancements.

• Gather feedback from users and internal teams to drive continuous improvement of our products and solutions.

• Qualifications:

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of change management process, tools, and techniques.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experienced in create training materials with available tools like Canva

• Other Details:

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday Onsite

• Flexible Working Time: 8AM 5PM or 9AM 6 PM, or 10AM to 7PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,

• 00 - Php38,000.00 per month
