Digital Optimization Manager

As the Digital Optimization Manager, you will be able to grow your skills in the most consumed area of the music industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to ensure that the music of some of the Philippines best-known artists, as well as some up and coming ones, is primed to reach as wide and deep of an audience as possible.

In this role, you will be able to influence how music reaches existing and new music listeners via strategies for short form content that you design and deliver.

You will be encouraged to learn and constantly evolve the efficiencies of Sony Music's campaigns through optimizations.

What you'll do:

• Be the main point of contact for our short form content partners (TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts) and help in further developing our cooperation with them, including pitching new projects
• Plan and lead the strategy for short form video platform content creation and consumption growth
• Grow the streams of an extensive and impressive local catalogue
• Be in charge of playlisting and building playlist audiences
• Optimize digital channels

Who you are:

• Passionate about OPM
• Experience in managing external partner relationships
• Experience in working with short form content and/or in entertainment/music
• Experience in channel optimization, possibly with a focus on YouTube
• Comfortable working with data and making data-driven decisions
• Interested in/highly aware of local pop culture
