Job Description
- Manages the use of websites, social media, and online marketing channels to increase sales and conversions, and to promote a business, product, or service. Maximize sales, coordinate campaigns and sales activities, and conduct market research.
High proficiency with online marketing channels, such as email, website advertising, and social media, as well as the ability to analyze data using programs and system analytics.- Develop Innovative Sales Opportunities. Finding new ways to build and grow online sales. Work with the sales team to find new ways to promote a product or service and create incentive plans to achieve marketing goals.
Ensures that planning, forecasting and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes employed within the Company.
- Leads a change management process to build organizational understanding of proposed changes, establish support from key leadership stakeholders, and effectively implement new deployment and job models.
Coordinates with sales leadership and other stakeholders to lead efficient and accurate sales force reporting initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications- A graduate of any Bachelor's degree is welcome to apply
Graduate of Information Technology, Industrial Arts, commerce and management is an advantage
- Proficient with different digital/online sales platforms
Has at least 3 years of Managerial experience- Exposure in Merchandising of Play Products, Shoes and Infant Products is an advantage
Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Must be amenable to work in Timog Avenue, Quezon City
