Position Overview- RecruitGo is seeking a talented individual to join our team for a client based in the USA. Our client is in search of a Digital Media Buyer to elevate their digital advertising efforts. This role entails strategizing, executing, and optimizing media buying campaigns across various digital channels to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
The Digital Media Buyer
is responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital platforms as defined by the Paid Media Strategy Manager. This role centers on campaign execution, optimization, and providing detailed insights for continuous improvement. The Digital Media Buyer works closely with the Paid Media Strategy Manager and Paid Media Project Manager to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and high ROI. This role is managed by the Sr. Paid Media Analyst but collaborates closely with the Paid Media Strategy Manager.
Campaign Management and Optimization: Build/create, oversee, and optimize multi-platform digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DSPs like Simplifi and Basis.
Continuously monitor campaigns to achieve desired metrics and make informed adjustments to bidding strategies, targeting parameters, ad creatives, and creative formats based on performance data and strategic goals.
Ensure seamless campaign execution and compliance with all specified requirements.
Regularly update client reports based on tier and section assigned, ensuring that performance insights are communicated effectively.
Ensure each client account is reviewed daily, ranging from brief status checks to more in-depth task completions.
- Strategic Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Monitor detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance for internal stakeholders, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.
Generate weekly and monthly reports summarizing campaign performance, key insights, and notable achievements.
Incorporate client feedback from the automated four-week feedback loop into reporting analysis.
Provide actionable insights based on feedback to improve campaign strategies and client satisfaction.
Monitor daily and monthly spend to ensure adherence to budgets and optimize allocation across platforms to maximize ROI.
Make real-time adjustments to ensure optimal allocation of resources based on pacing notes and budget forecasts.
- Client and Stakeholder Collaboration (Meeting Rhythm):
Work closely with Paid Media Strategy Managers and Paid Media Project Managers to ensure seamless communication and project management, aligning on client needs and expectations.
- Participate in internal stakeholder meetings with Searchlogic personnel

Participate on an as needed basis in Client and Searchlogic strategy and update meetings
- Technical and Creative Collaboration:
Analyze creative assets and collaborate with creative teams to develop and refresh ad creatives based on performance data and market trends.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ad placements, tracking, and performance.
- Market and Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
Leverage insights to enhance campaign performance and strategic positioning.
- Administrative and Operational Support:
Assist with the allocation of budgets, forecasting, and pacing to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Participate in the reconciliation and billing process to ensure accuracy in campaign invoicing.
As a Digital Media Buyer with expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and DSPs, managing monthly budgets of $50,000 to over $1,000,000 per client.
Project/Task Management:
- Using tools like Asana (preferred) or other technologies that assist in task management
Ability to effectively manage time and task deadlines to ensure nothing is missed or late
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in performance metrics.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working effectively in both team-oriented and remote environments.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
Proficient in data analysis, report generation, and the use of advertising platforms and analytical tools.
Familiarity with data management and optimization techniques.
