We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in website development, fine-tuning, and maintenance. This role is pivotal in ensuring our online presence is optimized for maximum impact and engagement.
- Duties/ Responsibilities:
Utilize expertise in digital marketing, social media, and customer engagement strategies to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to the website.- Oversee website design initiatives, ensuring they align with current trends and user experience best practices.
Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Coordinate customer communications through the website, ensuring messaging is consistent and aligns with brand values.
Utilize email marketing campaigns and lead generation tactics to nurture customer relationships and drive conversions.- Analyze website performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to align website initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations for website enhancements and improvements.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and PPC advertising.
Proficiency in website design principles, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytical, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
Strong understanding of SEO algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and lead generation strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
