• Nature of Job:

Email and calendar management

• Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, and other digital assets.

Create engaging and professional videos for marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and promotional content.

• Coordinate and manage events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences.

Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to promote real estate listings and services across various platforms.

• Email Marketing: Design, develop, and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote listings, and communicate with clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute marketing strategies that align with company objectives.

• Tools/Software to use:

Monday/ Asana

• Photo editing tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop

Video editing tools like Filmora, Capcut, or Adobe Premiere

• Gmail and Google Calendar (for email & calendar management)

Zoom and Slack (for communication)

• Eventbrite

Google Workspace

• Key Qualifications:

Must have at least 1 year Digital Marketing or Social media Management experience

• Must have own laptop or desktop (Computer Processor: at least i3, 64 bit OS (for both main and backup system)

Computer memory/RAM: at least running 4GB

• Computer OS: Windows 10

Primary Internet Connection: running on at least 10 Mbps plan or higher. Preferably a wired connection.

• Backup Internet Connection: running on 10 mbps. Broadband sticks and such.
