Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our properties and services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote properties and services, considering the target audience and market trends.
- Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging content for various digital platforms including website, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- SEO and SEM: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase website visibility and drive traffic.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance audience engagement, grow follower base, and generate leads.
- Email Marketing: Design and implement email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers, ensuring messages are consistent with brand guidelines.
- Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other relevant tools. Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and optimize future campaign performance.
- Website Management: Collaborate with web developers and graphic designers to improve website functionality, user experience, and aesthetics. Ensure the website is updated with the latest listings and information.
- Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budget effectively, allocate resources wisely, and ensure ROI is maximized.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Use insights to adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Communications, or related field.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
