JOB TITLE: DIGITAL MARKETING SUPERVISOR/MANAGER
  • JOB OVERVIEW:

A Digital Marketing Supervisor/Manager leads the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of the company's digital marketing initiatives to drive growth and enhance brand presence in the digital space. This pivotal role involves developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals, managing a team of marketing specialists, and leveraging a mix of digital channels to maximize audience engagement and conversion rates. The Digital Marketing Supervisor/Manager is responsible for coordinating with various departments to ensure a cohesive marketing approach, analyzing market trends and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions, and optimizing the digital marketing budget for the best possible ROI. With a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and strong leadership qualities, this role is crucial for navigating the complexities of the digital world and achieving long-term success.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy and Planning: Forge and implement overarching digital marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and the interests of the target market.
  • Creative Content Production: Spearhead the creation and curation of compelling content across various formats (blogs, social media posts, videos, infographics) to captivate and educate our audience.
SEO Enhancement: Apply SEO best practices to enhance website content and architecture, boosting our site's visibility and organic search presence.
  • PPC and Paid Media: Oversee and refine pay-per-click and paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, aiming for heightened traffic and conversion rates.
Email Campaign Management: Design and implement impactful email marketing campaigns, including crafting newsletters, segmenting audiences, conducting A/B tests, and analyzing outcomes.
  • Social Media Dynamics: Elevate our social media profile by managing platforms, engaging with followers, publishing pertinent content, and leveraging analytics for growth.
Data Analytics and Insight Reporting: Track and analyze digital marketing metrics to monitor success, employing analytics tools to draft detailed performance reports.
  • User Experience and CRO: Investigate user interaction with our digital assets to drive conversion rate optimization efforts, enhancing site functionality and user satisfaction.
Market and Competitive Insight: Maintain a pulse on industry trends and competitor strategies to uncover growth opportunities and refine our marketing approach.
  • Financial Stewardship: Administer the digital marketing budget with a keen focus on optimizing return on investment.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Engage with various teams (business development, website, creatives, etc.) to drive a unified digital marketing strategy.
  • Efficiency through Technology: Leverage advanced project management software to track digital marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, fostering team collaboration, and optimizing project delivery.
Other Tasks as Assigned: Perform other related duties or tasks as directed to support the organization/department.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; a Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful digital marketing strategy development and execution.
Comprehensive understanding of all digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email, and digital advertising.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, CRM software, and content management systems.
  • Expertise in budget management, able to allocate and optimize spending across various digital marketing initiatives to achieve optimal ROI.
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, generate actionable insights, and drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively presenting ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
Current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing) are highly desirable.
Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, with a focus on long-term vision and goals.
  • WORK LOCATION/SETUP:
On-siteSALARY RANGE: P45,000 - P60,000 (or will be determined by the candidate's experience and credentials)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45,
  • 00 - Php60,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary


Ability to commute/relocate:
* Dasmarias, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
