Create and carry out digital marketing campaigns for a variety of channels, such as search engines (SEO), social media, email, and display advertising.
- To increase search result counts and boost visitors, conduct keyword research and optimize the content of your website for search engines.
Work together with the marketing team to provide engaging content for social media postings and job postings through job portals.- Analyze and track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns with the use of analytics programs like Facebook Insights, Indeed Hiring Insights, and Linked Talent Insights.
Maximize campaign performance and efficiently manage budgets by searching for current trends and insights.
- Maximize the return on investments by managing and optimizing paid and other available advertising programs such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, etc.
Keep updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, such as changes to SEO, social media algorithms, and emerging technology.- Work together with the HR team, sales specialists, and recruiters to ensure unified and successful digital marketing campaigns.
Manage your own team to streamline the processes and methods used for digital campaigns.
- Provide stakeholders with regular reports on important performance indicators and metrics, along with data-driven marketing recommendations.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in digital marketing strategies.

Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and graphic design.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Canva, Adobe, Procreate.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive useful insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for digital channels like Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.- A keen eye for detail and organizational skills
