Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Working Hours: M-F Flexible hours, but will need to adjust schedule if there are meetings with the team.
Salary Range: $1,350 - $1,600/ month
About The Job
Our client is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for managing their online advertising campaigns, optimizing their websites for search engines (SEO), and enhancing their social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and a strong understanding of current online marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various online platforms including Google, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Manage Google AdWords campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and performance analysis.
- Oversee Facebook marketing initiatives, including campaign setup, audience targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking.
- Conduct SEO research to identify keyword opportunities, analyze website performance, and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Be able to show how they are tracking changes in Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc. SEO process to demonstrate they are keeping up to date with the latest trends.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of proven experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing
- Must have knowledge and experience with Klaviyo, Active Campaign, and Google Analytics, Semrush or any related tools
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media platforms, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Has excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite
- Has good to excellent communication skills
- Has great attention to detail
- Organizational Skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Requires minimal supervision
