Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This position is perfect for a fresh graduate who is eager to start their career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Graphic Designing and Video editing:
Has a proficiency Application for Graphic designing such as Adobe photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom.
  • Campaign Management:
Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Content Creation:
Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce creative assets for campaign
  • Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain the company's social media presence.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends and audience engagement, responding to comments and inquiries.
  • SEO and SEM
Perform keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
  • Assist in the management of PPC campaigns, including keyword bidding, ad copy creation, and performance analysis.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Use web analytics tools to monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Monitor email campaign performance and optimize for better results.
Collaborative Projects:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
Proficiency in using Adobe photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php29,
  • 00 per month
