This role is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, managing CRM and email marketing initiatives, and collaborating closely with the Brand Marketing team. Key responsibilities also include website content management, feature implementation, troubleshooting, performance analysis, and working with application development teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives. This role is critical to driving growth in quality leads, website traffic, and brand engagement.
Responsibilities
Lead digital media strategy and media plan workstreams
- Responsible for end-to-end online media campaign management, from initial conception to campaign launch and post-launch campaign review
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies and plans for paid channels.
- Optimize media plans for maximum efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging agency support as needed.
- Collaborate with brand marketing team to iterate and arrive at the right assets & messages to generate desired customer interest at every stage of the purchase journey.
- Plan, develop, and execute owned (website) & paid digital campaigns through the most relevant and effective channels that is based on data analysis, monitoring, review, and active decision making.
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with other marketing members to ensure seamless integration of digital and social campaigns.
- Stay up to date of emerging digital marketing technologies and trends.
Contribute to the development of the annual media budget
- Lead the annual media budget planning process, provide data-driven guidance on media strategy and channel mix decisions.
- Support the quarterly fixed marketing planning process, including media spend review and analysis.
- Refine and implement the established methods for analyzing digital media spend and provide key inputs for the fixed marketing forecast.
- Manage and maintain the corporate website, ensuring content accuracy and developing strategies to drive traffic.
Corporate Website Management
- Content Management
- Regularly update the website with new information, including product updates, company news, and other relevant content.
- Collaborate with other functional teams to ensure only accurate and relevant information are reflected on the website
- Write, edit, and proofread website content, to ensure accuracy, consistency with brand voice, and apply SEO best practices
- Regular content optimization for search engines (SEO) and user experience.
- Source, edit, and upload images, videos, and other multimedia content. Ensuring all media is appropriately sized and optimized for web performance.
- Technical Maintenance
- Monitor website performance, including speed, uptime, and security.
- Work with the IT and publishing teams to resolve technical issues, such as broken links, slow loading times, and display problems
- Lead website migration and design updates according to brand guidelines
- Update website functionality to improve user experience
Support IMG precision marketing strategy development and implementation
- Work closely with IMG Shopper and Digital Manger in order to efficiently develop and implement precision marketing strategy in the Philippines
- Manage reporting and success measurement
- Prepare weekly / monthly campaign report out against aligned KPIs for continued digital effectiveness and online media creative improvement
- Media tagging and tracking standardization to allow for online media effectiveness measurement for all digital media
Project Management
- Develop and implement internal processes for maximizing campaign performance on a regular basis and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage relationship and meetings with local and regional Digital, Marketing Communications, and IT teams to ensure deliverables are met
Develop relationships and lead agency teams (and other media partners) in all areas of digital marketing to ensure implementation timeliness and optimal performance
Qualifications
Education Qualification
Graduate of any 4-year course; preferably in marketing, communications, or business administration
No. of Years of Experience
7 years+ experience in Marketing. Must have Digital marketing experience with strong data analytics background
Professional Exposure (Technical Experiences)
- Experience in digital marketing agency management and/or experience in developing detailed media plans/spend forecasting will be beneficial
- Experience in consumer marketing, specifically on demand generation, digital marketing, lead nurturing, CRM processes is a plus
- Experience in leading strategic projects involving multiple stakeholders.
