We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on ad buying to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across various digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising trends, and the ability to deliver measurable results.
2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in setting up online ads and buying paid placements (Facebook and Google ads). Knowledge of other ad types is a plus
Must have experience working with websites, including SEM setup and SEO- Experience in managing social media pages (FB, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube, etc.)
Experience in launching TikTok ads, an advantage
- Able to manage the schedule and execution of campaign projects
Keen attention to details- Experience in analyzing and extracting data from different ad platforms to create easy-to-understand reports
Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Trello
- Experience working with applications or e-commerce is a plus
Ad Campaign Setup and Management: Develop, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other relevant channels. Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform ad strategy.
- Ad Placement and Budget Management: Strategically allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives. Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting parameters to optimize ad performance. Ensure efficient use of ad spend across various campaigns and channels.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign effectiveness. Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to gain insights and make data-driven decisions. Prepare comprehensive performance reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.Optimization and Testing:
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and targeting strategies to identify the best-performing combinations. Implement continuous optimization strategies to improve ad performance and conversion rates. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Support the Marketing team by managing marketing campaign data. Strategize for engaging and effective online campaigns as well as placements
