Craft, Launch, Analyze: Your Mission Unpacked
B2B LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement effective ad campaigns across LinkedIn and Google.
- Conduct keyword and competitor research.
- Create compelling ad copy.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize conversions and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Ensure a dependable stream of leads each week that matches the ideal customer profile (ICP) of enterprise technology executives.
Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
- Implement tracking mechanisms and analyze data to identify areas for improving lead generation and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user experience (UX) enhancements to boost lead quality and overall conversion rates.
Digital Marketing Leadership:
- Lead the selection of digital marketing channels, strategies, and campaigns.
- Proactively manage progress against priorities and set clear expectations with stakeholders, including timelines, progress updates, blockers, support needs, and budget considerations.
- (Bonus) Demonstrate experience in growing a marketing team from the ground up.
Website Optimization:
- Analyze website performance and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Optimize website design, content, landing pages, and CTAs to increase conversion and lead generation.
- Create web and mobile wireframes or visual mockups and collaborate with the development team on implementation.
Content and Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Create and curate compelling content for various channels while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media platforms, engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage the brand's online reputation.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital marketing channels.
- Maintain and share comprehensive reports on campaign performance, traffic, and lead generation.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing efforts.
Bonus: Omni-Channel and Email Marketing Support:
- Identify opportunities to leverage multiple marketing channels, such as email, social media, website, and offline efforts, for cohesive messaging.
- Support the development of email marketing campaigns related to primary responsibilities.
- Create engaging email templates, segment email lists, and implement marketing automation strategies.
- Monitor email campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and suggest improvements to boost open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Requirements

Required Experience:
- Familiarity with digital transformation, software development, data engineering, agile development, IT professional services, AI/ML, and generative AI.
- Ability to act as a player/coach: willingness to engage hands-on, work autonomously when needed, and provide leadership in a new marketing organization within an established company.
- Motivation to drive dependable growth for a startup-minded company.
- Strong data-driven and organized approach.
- Experience marketing to executives at medium-to-large enterprises.
- Background in the healthcare, financial services, and/or technology sectors.
- Proficiency in communicating strategies, progress, and performance succinctly to executives.
Required Skills:
- Clear verbal and written English communication.
- Proactive and clear communication.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency with Slack, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and similar tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and similar tools.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Experience with Semrush or comparable tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools.
Optional Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in WordPress or equivalent CMS.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and email automation tools such as Mailchimp, DuxSoup, or similar.
