Job Roles & Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Strategize and create various campaigns on how to increase sales conversion in different digital platforms.
Content Strategy:
- Develop and oversee the content calendar for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience preferences.
Create and optimize contents for various online channels.- Create digital marketing campaigns in support to other Marketing teams (e.g., Ad boosting, Webinar, content posting, etc.).
Analytics and Reporting:- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
Provide regular reports, insights & recommendations, and adjusting strategies based on performance data.
- Track ROI and report on the success of every campaign.
Influencer Marketing:
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with influencers, coordinating campaigns, negotiating terms & contracts, and analyzing performance metrics.
Identify target audiences and suitable influencers based on brand values and demographics.- Ensure influencers adhere to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Track ROI and report on the success of each influencer.
Budget Management and Others:
- Ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimal return on investment (ROI).
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing efforts.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a Marketing role
Experience with social media management and content creation
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
