Why this role exists
Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing & Operations Coordinator to strengthen their online presence and streamline their business processes. This role is crucial in supporting the center's mission to help more people achieve optimal health by managing digital marketing initiatives, enhancing client communications, and implementing efficient operational systems. This position will allow the healthcare team to focus on delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring the business continues to grow and operate smoothly.
The Impact you'll make
Digital Marketing Management
- Execute social media campaigns and content scheduling
- Manage email campaigns and newsletters using Mailchimp
- Update website content using WordPress (Divi editor)
- Edit and optimize video content for various platforms
Process Documentation & Operations
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Document business processes and workflows
- Coordinate security initiatives across business units
- Manage project deliverables and timelines
Content & Website Management
- Update WordPress pages and membership areas
- Manage WooCommerce product listings
- Maintain learning management system content (Tutor LMS)
- Handle basic website updates and maintenance
Administrative Support
- Coordinate communications across multiple platforms
- Manage calendar and scheduling through Calendly
- Track and follow up on important email threads
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or operations coordination
- Demonstrated proficiency with Google Workspace and digital marketing tools
- Basic to intermediate video editing capabilities
- Experience with email marketing and campaign management
- Strong track record in process documentation and improvement
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
