DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER
- Collates and reports performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels and using these statistics to influence future digital activities.
- Act as brand guardian in terms of the look and feel of online communications as well as tone of voice of copy.
- Oversees campaigns and monitoring their performance and return on investment
- Involve in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts and writes formative and effective SEO copy for the website.
- Manages email marketing campaigns.
- Monitors return on investment for the different online marketing campaigns.
- Manages social media content and ensures all copy is relevant for the different platforms.
- Keeps updated with changes and advances in social media and recommends new channels and approaches to adopt.
- Monitors social media for Brand Mentions and engaging with customers.
- Assists in digital strategies to build digital connection with consumers.
- Coordinates with Marketing Communications, Digital Media Office and Customer Relationship Management Department to maximize online marketing opportunities, as well as related departments within the company.
