RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and implement inclusive digital marketing strategies by utilizing different digital mediums and setting measurable KPIs
- Outline, strategize and carry out digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and PPC efforts
- Collaborate with other teams (like operations, ecommerce and customer service) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Manage and shape social media marketing efforts, including determining the optimal social media platforms and channels
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Create and curate social media campaigns, including content creation, publishing, and community management
- Manage digital campaigns, monitor performance reports, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations
- Optimize website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive lead generation
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and identify new opportunities to generate leads and boost conversion
- Perform other related functions which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or and related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience executing paid social media campaigns
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
- Incredible attention to detail
- Full understanding of all social media platforms
- Problem-solving skills
- Copywriting skills
- Knowledge of content management systems
- Willing to work in Bagumbayan, Quezon City
