Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products, services, and brand. You will utilize a range of digital channels and techniques to drive engagement, generate leads, and increase sales. Your creativity, analytical skills, and understanding of digital marketing trends will be critical in maximizing the effectiveness of our online presence.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience demographics.
Identify opportunities for growth and optimization across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Create compelling content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to each platform and audience segment.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and ROI.
Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging and relevant content for website pages, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as graphic designers and copywriters, to create high-quality multimedia content.
Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to brand guidelines and best practices.
Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
Monitor social media trends, respond to comments and messages, and proactively engage with the online community.
Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
  • Segment email lists based on audience demographics, behavior, and interests to deliver targeted and personalized content.
Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics to optimize campaign performance.
SEO and Website Optimization: Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, monitor rankings, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Collaborate with web developers to ensure website performance, speed, and usability meet industry standards and best practices.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various digital channels.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from marketing metrics and performance data.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
