Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Digital Marketing Officer:
Managing and scheduling ads for all Social Media accounts
- Handling Social Media accounts and their contents (Facebook, Instagram and Youtube)
Coordinating with Beauty influencers and B/Vloggers for PR- Managing and creating reports on marketing plan and strategy (Quarterly and Yearly)
Sorting out submitted proposals from beauty organizers or event organizers
- Creating Marketing plan for all Social Media accounts
Managing and monitoring boosting from all Social Media accounts monthly- Reaching out to amateur Beauty Content Creators from Youtube/Tiktok for PR
Planning and Organizing specific events
- Must be knowledgeable in the area of cosmetics
Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships- A wide degree of creativity
Creating daily Social Media visuals for all accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube)- Creating visual ads for both online and offline platform
Creating better concept designs for cosmetics
- Coordinating with ecommerce handler for creating online banners for promotions
Creating signages and banners for all Shawill Cosmetics Outlet/Kiosks Event Videographer
- Cosmetics Product Photographer
Editing photos and videos- Creating 3D designs for Shawill Booth and Store Modules
Creating Digital Marketing Campaign designs for events and promotions
- Creating and planning promotions for all online shops
Creating announcement of promotions for social media audiences- Customer Service thru chat on Facebook and Instagram
Preferably with digital marketing work-related experience- Applicants must be willing to work on-site at Binondo, Manila
Adaptable at working with variety of people
