As the Digital Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote our hotel, increase brand awareness, and drive bookings. You will leverage various digital channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising, to reach and engage our target audience.
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to support the hotel's overall marketing objectives.- Manage and optimize the hotel's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
Create and curate engaging content for the hotel's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build a strong online presence and community.
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive bookings.
Manage and optimize the hotel's search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve visibility and drive website traffic.- Analyze website and digital marketing performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the hotel's digital presence.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, and email marketing software.- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative digital marketing campaigns.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
