Job DescriptionThe Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance the brand's online presence, engage with customers, and drive sales.
- Education: With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any related field.
- Experience: At least three years of proven experience as a digital strategist or similar role.
- Duties and Responsibilities:

Digital and Media Strategy:_
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and brand goals.
Plan and manage online advertising campaigns, including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and display ads.
_Social Media and Content Strategy :
_- Create and oversee engaging content for digital channels, with a primary focus on social media platforms.
Ensure that all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.
- Manage and grow the brand's social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Actively engage with our audience on social media.- Develop and implement social media strategies, including content calendars, community engagement, and performance analysis.
_Analytics and Reporting:
_- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics, including social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Utilize data insights to optimize digital marketing strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)

PR Collaboration and Coordination:_
- Source and coordinate collaborations with communities, KOLs, and media outlets for content seeding and promotional activites.

Trend Analysis and Innovation:_
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Propose and implement innovative digital marketing solutions to stay ahead of industry trends and improve campaign effectiveness.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PR, Social Media, and Content Marketing.- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms).
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must be willing to work on-site 3 times a week or as necessary but will have the flexibility to work from home 2 times a week.
