Job Overview:Toovem Philippines OPC. is seeking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our brand/s. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, overseeing the marketing team, and analyzing market trends to ensure our company remains competitive and innovative.

Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various marketing materials, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing materials.Analytics and Reporting:
Analyze marketing data and campaign performance, preparing regular reports to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and professional development.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Skills:
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
