We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to enhance the online presence and marketing efforts of our client's three distinct brands. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in leveraging platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools to drive engagement and growth. The ideal candidate will develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the unique goals of each business.
Work Schedule:
- Part-time, 20 hours per week
- Flexible following turnaround times for deliverables and regular client meetings in Central Time (US)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our client's brand ethos and meet market trends.
- Dive deep into the brand's existing content to fully embrace and replicate our unique tone and voice across all marketing materials.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and maximizing engagement and conversion rates.
- Utilize digital tools such as Flowdesk for email campaigns and Loomly for content scheduling, streamlining marketing operations efficiently.
- Regularly analyze performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, integrating innovative strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Foster strong, ongoing collaboration with the founder, acting as a strategic partner to understand and enhance the relational aspects of the brand.
- Build deep understanding of the client's business goals/vision, brands, services/offerings, and target audience to inform high-impact marketing strategy across channels.
- Dive deep into the brand's existing content to fully embrace and replicate our unique tone and voice across all marketing materials.
- Utilize digital tools such as Flodesk for email campaigns and Loomly for content scheduling, streamlining marketing operations efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to adopt and replicate a brand's voice across various digital platforms, with a portfolio that includes sample writings or client work, especially on LinkedIn.
- Focus on community building, including growing online groups, orchestrating workshops, and launching live events, with a strategic approach to nurturing and expanding our community presence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in strategic planning and execution, particularly within community-driven brands.
- Demonstrated ability to adopt and replicate a brand's voice across various digital platforms, with a portfolio that includes sample writings or client work, especially on LinkedIn.
- Proficiency with key digital marketing tools, including email marketing platforms like Flowdesk and social media scheduling tools like Loomly.
- Excellent analytical skills to effectively assess marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
