- Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and expertise in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various industries. They should be adept at leveraging digital channels to drive engagement, enhance brand awareness, and achieve business objectives.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, development) to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall brand strategy and business goals.
Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize results.- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on digital marketing performance, strategy, and ROI.
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a successful track record of developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple industries.- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with the ability to interpret data and metrics and make informed decisions.
- Experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve specific business objectives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.- Solid understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and digital marketing software/tools.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Administration, or relevant field. Additional certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
