JOB SUMMARY - Develops strong and innovative digital marketing strategies using various techniques across the entire marketing funnel to drive awareness, interest, traffic and especially sales to the company's brands on the different platforms.
Recommends engaging content and formats while staying up-to-date on the latest digital and social marketing, lead and sales generating methods and technologies.
Creates and manages link building strategies, content marketing strategies, outbound marketing such as email newsletters- Innovates and present new marketing platforms and strategies
Develops engaging online content including click bait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs
- Forecasts, monitors, and regularly reports both organic page and content performance with relevant KPIs and metrics
Forecasts, monitors, optimizes and regularly reports digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce performance with relevant KPIs and metrics- Contacts, evaluates negotiates and engages third party agencies and suppliers needed for digital marketing e.g. web designers, software providers, digital media agencies, etc.
Drives and optimizes traffic to brands social media pages and e-commerce channels
- Develops and manages projects within digital team and coordinating teams/agencies. including delegating tasks, reviewing and overseeing junior members work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and driving projects successful completion
Develops and maintains strategic relationships with key partners and agencies, negotiates with them on company's behalf such as with E-commerce Marketplace account managers and heads e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Social media and advertising platforms e.g. Facebook, Google- Keeps abreast of new social media sites, tools, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns
Develops a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet.
Generates monthly reports on our marketing campaign's performance- Optimizes website and social media channels for SEO as well as user experience Analyze key metrics that drive our website traffic and sales targets
Partners with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results- Manage all aspects of digital marketing operations, including direct team members
Work closely with MIS (IT) department and the inhouse e-commerce fulfillment team to smoothen, optimize and grow the company's e-commerce business
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent
- At least 5 solid years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Background in fashion retail merchandising and/or those related to apparel, footwear, lifestyle products, sports and music is a definite advantage- Excellent verbal as well as written communication and negotiating skills
Experience in an Advertising agency is an advantage
- Flexible and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy
Willing to work physically in the Head Office, Ortigas Pasig City every Mondays to Fridays.
