  • Job description:
We are looking for a talented Social media supervisor to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

As a Social media supervisor, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency

Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

Oversee social media accounts design

Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

  • Requirements and skills:

Content Creation: Ability to create engaging and relevant content across various formats like text, images, videos, and infographics.

Copywriting: Crafting compelling and concise copy that captures attention, communicates messages effectively, and encourages action.

Social Media Platforms: Proficiency in understanding the nuances of different social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc., including their algorithms and best practices.

Analytics: Utilizing analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze data, and derive insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.

Community Management: Engaging with the audience, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a sense of community around the brand.

Strategy Development: Creating and implementing social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals, target audience, and brand identity.

Trend Awareness: Staying updated with the latest trends, topics, and news relevant to the industry and target audience to capitalize on opportunities for engagement. Visual Design: Basic understanding of graphic design principles to create visually appealing content and maintain brand consistency.

Ad Management: Experience with social media advertising platforms to create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns effectively.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to collaborate with other team members, clients, and influencers, as well as to convey brand messaging clearly and effectively.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changes in algorithms, trends, and audience preferences, and willingness to experiment with new strategies and tactics.

Problem-Solving: Quick and effective problem-solving skills to address issues like negative feedback, crises, or technical difficulties on social media platforms.

SEO Knowledge: Understanding of basic SEO principles to optimize social media content for search visibility and discoverability.

Networking: Building and nurturing relationships with influencers, partners, and industry professionals to expand reach and leverage collaborations

  • 00 - Php80,000.00 per month
